Great Weekend!!!

Last weekend was a great one here in our house.

Friday: Matthew was awarded the Presidential Excellence in Academics award. To receive this he had to have had an A- average in 4th & 5th grade, plus 85% or better on the ISTEP. He was so happy. It was nice to see him rewarded for his hard work.

Saturday: Last day of soccer for the spring season. Matthew's team didn't win a game all season, but this weekend they played better than they had all season. To them, it was a win. Joshua & Noah's team tied and they were happy. Joshua is excited because he gets to play up for the tourney next weekend.

Sunday: Noah went to see the BBC Dinosaur show and LOVED it. Matthew & Joshua went to see Indiana Jones and enjoyed it as well. The biggest thing to happen though was Joshua won an iPod shuffle at church. To say he was THRILLED is an understatement. We loaded one cd onto it, now to get him more. Gee, I wonder what he is going to be wanting for his birthday. iTunes gift card perhaps??

This week is going to be hectic. Last week of school, going camping and playing in the soccer tournament.
